Okavango Foods Limited, a leading food manufacturing and catering company supplying major supermarkets, hotels, and lodges nationwide, is looking for a Customer Care Agent to join our team. This role is specifically for the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and social media queries promptly.
Record and track orders accurately in ERPNext.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate when required.
Monitor deliveries and follow up on customer feedback.
Provide detailed end-of-shift reports.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy (ERPNext experience is an advantage).
Able to work independently during night shifts.
Preference for candidates living in or around Woodlands.
