We are seeking a customer-focused and highly organized professional to join our Retail and Marketing Team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about enhancing customer relationships, expanding loyalty programs, and driving customer engagement and retention.

About the CRM Coordinator Role

As a CRM Coordinator at NTEMBA24, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing our customer base. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and data management.

Key Responsibilities for CRM Coordinator Jobs in Lusaka

  • Enroll customers into the NTEMBA24 loyalty program to foster long-term engagement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and profiles
  • Collect, monitor, and manage customer feedback and complaints efficiently
