Job description
Broadleaf Urban Properties is seeking a talented and proactive Credit Controller to join our team at the Lusaka Head Office. As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing the company’s credit and collections, contributing to our financial stability and success.
??? ????????????????:
Monitoring and managing the company’s credit control processes
Making follow-ups with clients on monthly obligations
Chasing overdue invoices and payments to ensure timely collection
Negotiating payment plans and terms with customers
Providing regular reports on the status of outstanding debts
?????????????? ??? ??????:
Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role
CIMA, ACCA, Degree or Diploma in Accounting
Grade 12 Certificate
Certified in Accounting with Relevant Bodies
2 to 3 years experience as a Credit Controller
Knowledge of credit control principles and practices
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office
