Job description
Now Hiring: Zambia Country Director – Roberto Save Dreams Foundation (RSDF)
The Roberto Save Dreams Foundation (RSDF) is seeking a visionary and dedicated leader to serve as our Country Director for Zambia.
This is a full-time position under a 2-year renewable contract, offering the opportunity to lead impactful programs that promote clean energy, climate resilience, women empowerment, education, and rural community development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all RSDF operations in Zambia.
Build and strengthen collaboration with government ministries, local NGOs, and international organizations.
Lead resource mobilization and partnership development.
Oversee project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Represent RSDF at national, regional, and international conferences.
Guide teams in achieving RSDF’s mission and long-term goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Environmental Science, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in NGO leadership, development projects, or organizational management.
Proven experience in collaborating with governments and donor agencies.
Excellent communication, advocacy, and partnership-building skills.
Strong passion for community transformation, sustainability, and innovation.
Contract Terms:
Duration: 2 years (renewable based on performance)
Location: Zambia
