EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
Lubasi Home Trust is currently looking for a qualified person for a position of COUNSELLOR
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma/Certificate in Psycho-social Counselling
Good command of English both written and spoken
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
More than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Must be able to use computer software skills specifically in Microsoft Excel and Word
DUTIES
The counsellor shall act in consultation with the facility Coordinator.
The Counsellor is expected to:
Devote herself/himself to the welfare of the children.
Ensure that Lubasi Home/Lushomo Trust-Dani’s Home is operating in the best interest of the children.
Organise and conduct counselling sessions for the children.
Do counselling for the guardians when need arise.
Keep records of all counselling sessions.
Prepare monthly reports to the Founder/Coordinator
Work in consultation with the Founder/Coordinator with regard to day-to-day work.
Provide motherly care
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Founder/Coordinator
