About the Content Production Agent Role

As a Content & Production Agent at NTEMBA24, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports a variety of marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with campaign goals and brand standards, while staying current with the latest social media trends and formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture compelling product photos and videos tailored for marketing campaigns
• Edit reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content for social media platforms
• Design eye-catching campaign graphics and promotional visuals
• Provide support for live selling sessions and assist with content production setups
• Execute content creation in line with weekly marketing plans
• Monitor emerging content trends and incorporate innovative ideas into production
• Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets quality standards

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, photography, or videography
• Strong skills in video editing and graphic design software
• Good understanding of social media content formats and current trends
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Retail or marketing experience is an added advantage
