Role Overview
We are looking for a Media & Content Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of creating captivating content that showcases the Klean Kix brand across social media platforms. You’ll be responsible for capturing before-and-after cleaning visuals, posting creative content, and engaging with our audience online.
Key Responsibilities
Capture and edit photos and videos of shoe cleaning transformations.
Manage and grow the Klean Kix social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Design eye-catching graphics for posts, flyers, and promotions.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer feedback promptly.
Generate creative ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and marketing pushes.
Work closely with management to align online content with the brand’s image and goals.
Qualifications
Grade 12 Certificate.
Proven graphic design and content creation skills (portfolio or sample work preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends.
Basic photography or video editing skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Self-driven, reliable, and passionate about branding and digital storytelling.
