Kwelan is a fast-growing, youth-driven mobility platform transforming the way people rent cars in Zambia. As Zambia’s leading peer-to-peer car sharing marketplace, Kwelan connects vehicle owners with renters through a simple and innovative digital platform. We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized, and creative Marketing & Customer Care Coordinator to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for a young professional who is eager to grow within a dynamic startup environment and contribute to building a strong brand presence while delivering excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day customer support and digital communication with clients across email, social media, and messaging platforms Ensure timely, professional, and solution-focused responses to customer inquiries and service requests Plan, design, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Create marketing graphics, digital artwork, and promotional materials using Canva, CapCut, or similar design tools Support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online engagement Assist in maintaining the company’s digital presence and brand consistency across platforms Work closely with management to implement marketing strategies and promotional initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing A portfolio or examples of previous creative work (graphics, posts, videos, etc.) Strong digital literacy and familiarity with social media tools and online platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding technology company Hands-on experience in marketing, digital media, and customer engagement A dynamic, youth-driven work environment Training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities Kwelan is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
