Construction Supervisors

Position: Construction Supervisors
Location: Lusaka,Zambia

We are seeking qualified and experienced Construction Supervisors to join our team at our Lusaka Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that construction works comply with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
Oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities adhere to project plans and specifications.
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on-site to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficient progress.
Liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve technical issues and implement design changes.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports and attend site meetings.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.

Qualifications and Experience:

Advanced certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of construction methods, health & safety standards, and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Ability to draw building plans.
Assist in workforce planning and provide on-site training where necessary.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Computer literacy and familiarity with construction management software is an added advantage.
Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
