Job description
Project Manager with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Science or any construction related field from any recognized Institution
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on similar infrastructure projects
Registered with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or an equivalent professional body.
Valid Practicing License from the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or the equivalent corresponding professional body
2/. Site Engineer/Agent with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Science from any recognized Institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision for construction projects
Professional registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or an equivalent professional body.
Valid Practicing License from the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or the equivalent corresponding professional body
3/. General Foreman with the following qualifications:
A Diploma in construction or building technology from any recognized institution
Minimum 3 years of experience as a foreman or site supervisor in construction projects
Professional registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or an equivalent professional body.
Valid Practicing License from the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
4/. Bricklayer with a craft or trades certificate in Bricklaying and Plastering accredited to TEVETA
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar construction roles.
