Job description
MIRCS Insurance Brokers is hiring for Commercial Officer and Insurance Broker roles in Kitwe, Lusaka and Ndola.
Available Positions
- Commercial Officer – Kitwe
- Insurance Broker – Lusaka
- Insurance Broker – Ndola
Commercial Officer – Kitwe Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field
- At least 3 years relevant work experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
Insurance Broker – Lusaka Requirements
- Degree in Insurance, Degree in Actuarial Science, or Full CII qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in the insurance industry
- Sound knowledge of insurance products, underwriting and claims processes
- Strong analytical and client service skills
Insurance Broker – Ndola Requirements
- Diploma in Insurance or a related field
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- Good understanding of insurance principles and products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
