Job Advertisement: Clinical Instructor Positions Available

Rockview University is inviting applications from qualified and dedicated individuals for Clinical Instructor positions in the School of Health Sciences.

These roles are ideal for experienced clinical professionals who are passionate about education and committed to shaping the next generation of healthcare practitioners. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering clinical instruction, mentoring students, and ensuring the effective integration of theory into practice across healthcare settings.

Clinical Instructor – School of Health Sciences

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support medical students during clinical rotations and hospital placements.
Demonstrate clinical procedures and guide students in both real and simulated healthcare environments.
Participate in curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and student assessments.
Provide mentorship, academic support, and professional development guidance to students.
Collaborate with clinical and academic staff to maintain high standards of clinical education.
Promote adherence to ethical and professional standards in clinical training.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Clinical Medical Sciences General (or equivalent recognized qualification).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical practice and teaching.
Teaching methodology training or experience working with medical students/clinical education is an added advantage.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to student development and healthcare education.
