About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Client Services Officer to lead our credit operations and oversee the performance of our lending portfolio. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in maintaining portfolio quality, managing credit risk, and driving growth across multiple lending segments.

Key Responsibilities

·      Front Office Duties

o  Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.

o  Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

o  Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.

o  Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room usage.

·      Administrative Support

o  Prepare, file, and manage documents, records, and reports.

o  Assist with procurement and office supply management.

o  Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks (e.g., timesheets, petty cash).

o  Coordinate logistics for company events, trainings, and workshops.

o  Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required.

·      Operational Coordination

o  Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

o  Liaise with service providers and vendors.

o  Provide support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

·      Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

·      Proven experience in front office or administrative roles.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

·      Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·      Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

·      Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
