The role blends client relationship management, service coordination, and business development, positioning ORBS as a trusted partner rather than a transactional service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients
• Develop deep understanding of client businesses, strategies, and risks
• Coordinate internal service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Lead client review meetings and manage expectations and escalations
• Identify and pursue organic account growth and upsell opportunities
• Support proposals, renewals, and pricing discussions
• Ensure client engagements are commercially sustainable
• Maintain governance, documentation, and risk oversight across accounts
• Contribute to ORBS culture, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
