HR and Client Care Coordinator
Location – Lusaka Zambia
Employment Type – Full Time
Experience Level – Mid level, 2-4 years
Reports to : Lead HR and Care Specialist

The Role: What You’ll Do
As our HR & Client Care Coordinator, you will wear two vital hats: ensuring our clients receive world-class service, and ensuring their co-employed team members have a smooth, compliant, and welcoming HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering day-to-day inquiries regarding payroll timelines, local labor laws, and employee relations with speed and clarity.
- Employee Lifecycle Coordination: Guide international employees through their entire lifecycle—from seamless onboarding to off boarding.
- HR Compliance & Support: Assist in navigating country-specific labor regulations, benefit administrations, and leave management, coordinating closely with our local support partners.
- Issue Resolution: Actively listen to employee and client concerns, troubleshooting issues (e.g., payroll discrepancies, platform navigation) with empathy and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Continuously find ways to streamline our client onboarding and employee support workflows.
Who You Are
You are a people person who loves logistics. You thrive in fast-paced environments, sweat the details, and genuinely care about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- The Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar coordinator role (experience in an EOR, PEO, or global payroll setting is a massive plus!).
- The Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a huge asset).
- The Problem Solver: A proactive mindset. You don’t just spot a problem; you bring three potential solutions to the table.
- The Detail Fanatic: High attention to detail. Managing compliance and payroll inputs requires a sharp eye.
- The Tech-Savvy Professional: Comfort with modern technology, Ai, Suite, G-Suite., HRIS platforms.
