What You’ll Do:

• Identify and prospect potential clients in need of audit and tax services
• Conduct market research to support business development initiatives
• Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and client presentations
• Manage and update client leads and follow-up activities
• Represent the firm at networking events and professional engagements
• Collaborate with senior advisors to refine acquisition strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal
• Self-driven with a passion for business development and client relations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is an added advantage

Client Fulfilment Intern

Are you a personable, organized, and client-focused individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional services environment? Client Focus Advisory Limited is seeking a proactive client fulfillment intern to join our administration team, ensuring that every client feels valued and satisfied with the services we deliver.

About the Role: This is not as a client-facing, relationship-driven position. You will be the firm’s ambassador in the field, visiting clients directly to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and ensure that our service delivery consistently meets the high standards Client Focus Advisory is known for.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit clients on-site to administer satisfaction surveys and structured questionnaires
• Record and document client feedback accurately and professionally
• Assess client satisfaction levels following the completion of audit or tax engagements
• Escalate any client concerns or service gaps to the relevant internal teams
• Maintain organised records of all client feedback and follow-up actions
• Prepare regular feedback reports for management review
• Build and nurture positive, long-term client relationships on behalf of the firm

What We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — confident engaging with clients face-to-face
• Professional, presentable, and able to represent the firm with integrity
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documenting responses
• A proactive, self-motivated individual comfortable working independently in the field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
