CLEANERS AND GARDENERS (50 POSITIONS)

Pyanga Limited is a leading Zambian service company specializing in cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and environmental management services. To support our growing operations, we are inviting applications from suitably qualified, hardworking, and professional individuals to fill the positions of Cleaners and Gardeners.

Positions Available

Cleaners and Gardeners – 50 Positions

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning Duties

• Clean offices, corridors, washrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize workspaces.
• Collect and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at assigned sites.
• Properly use and store cleaning materials and equipment.

Gardening Duties

• Mow lawns and maintain landscapes.
• Trim hedges, trees, and shrubs.
• Water plants and maintain flower beds.
• Remove weeds and maintain outdoor areas.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in professional cleaning and/or gardening services.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual duties.
• Honest, reliable, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Added Advantages

• Experience working in corporate offices, institutions, schools, hospitals, or commercial facilities.
• Knowledge of modern cleaning techniques and landscaping practices.
• Experience operating gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, brush cutters, and hedge trimmers.
