|Minor Internal Office Partitioning
Compassion International

1. Introduction
Compassion International is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide internal office partitioning services . The objective is to create an efficient, flexible, and welcoming workspace that aligns with our organizational values and operational needs.
2. Project Overview
Project Title: Internal Office Partitioning for Compassion International
Location: No 154 Kabulonga Road Lusaka
Scope of Work: supply, and installation of internal partitions, including electrical and data integrations, aesthetic finishes, and furniture considerations.
3. Objectives
Maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency
Enhance privacy and soundproofing for different work zones
Incorporate branding and aesthetic elements that reflect Compassion International’s mission
Ensure compliance with local safety and building codes
Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment
4. Scope of Work
The scope includes, but is not limited to:
Conducting an initial assessment of the current office layout
Supplying and installing modular or fixed partition systems ( drywall, panels) based off clients supplied design drawings
Integrating electrical outlets, data ports, and other utilities into partitions
Finishing works, including painting, flooring adjustments, and branding elements
Post-installation cleanup and site restoration
5. Proposal Requirements
Vendors are requested to include the following in their proposals:
Company overview, including relevant experience with similar projects
Approach and methodology for design and installation
Detailed scope of services and deliverables
Project timeline with key milestones
Filled Out Bills of Quantities
Examples of previous work or case studies
References from past clients (minimum of 3)
NCC Certificate, NAPSA Compliance Certificate, Workers Compensation certificate, Valid ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate, insurance for all Site personelle
6. Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be assessed based on:
Experience and reputation of the vendor
Quality and sustainability of proposed materials
Creativity and functionality of design solutions
Cost-effectiveness and value
Ability to meet deadlines
Feedback from references
7. Submission Details
. All interested vendors should email admin@kuzahdesignstudios.com for design pack (drawings & Bills of quantities).
A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Saturday the 1st of November 2025 @ 9:30am in Kabulonga. For Directions kindly contact the listed contact person below.

8. Terms and Conditions

Confidentiality of submitted proposals must be maintained.
