Job description
Job Vacancy:
Chinese-English Translator
Location: Mununga, Muchinga, Zambia
Core Duties
- Live Interpretation: Translate daily conversations, technical tasks, and safety briefings between Chinese management and Zambian workers.
- Document Translation: Translate site reports, emails, contracts, and manuals.
- Site Liaison: Coordinate daily work schedules and help resolve workplace communication issues.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Experience: Prior translator experience in mining, construction, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willing to live and work full-time in a remote area.
