We are seeking a qualified and passionate Agriculture Teacher to join our team.

Location: Chilimoyo Day and Boarding School, Naluyanda, Chibombo
Type: Full-time

Requirements
1. Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Agriculture / Agricultural Education.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching experience and practical experience in crop production.
3. Specialized Knowledge: Hands-on experience in growing bananas, oranges, and a variety of vegetables such as tomatoes, rape, cabbage, and onions.
4. Ability to teach both theory and practical lessons.
5. Knowledge of modern farming methods, pest control, irrigation, and soil management.
6. Must be self-motivated, disciplined and able to manage a school garden/farm.

Duties
– Teach Agriculture to Form 1/Grade 12 students.
– Oversee and manage the school farm and fruit orchard.
– Train students in practical skills: planting, grafting, irrigation, harvesting.
– Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and records.
