We’re hiring! Smartron Strategy Limited is looking for a talented and dedicated Chinese Cuisine Chef to join our team in Chingola.
We are seeking a professional with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing traditional Chinese dishes. The right candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisine, a strong understanding of authentic ingredients and techniques, and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook a wide variety of Chinese dishes
– Plan menus and determine portion sizes and food quantities
– Ensure the kitchen meets high hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
– Monitor food inventory and control costs within budget
– Deliver consistent quality in taste, presentation, and overall dining experience
What We’re Looking For:
– A Certificate or Diploma in Catering or Culinary Arts
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience specializing in Chinese cuisine
– Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
– Strong communication and team coordination skills
– Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
