Overview of Chef Jobs in Solwezi

Kansanshi Mining PLC is looking for an experienced Chef to oversee all culinary functions within our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing nutritious, cost-effective menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen environment while continually enhancing the dining experience through recipe development and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement daily menus accommodating dietary needs and nutritional standards.
