As a Chef at Reeluka Investments Ltd, you will play a key role in the daily kitchen operations. Supporting menu planning and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment will be essential aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals precisely according to menu guidelines
- Maintain consistent food quality, flavor, and presentation standards
- Ensure strict cleanliness and hygiene practices within the kitchen
- Monitor food stock levels and place timely orders to avoid shortages
- Adhere to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of one year proven experience working as a Chef or Cook

- Excellent time management skills and ability to work well within a team
