JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess 5–10 years or more of relevant work experience in channel management and dealer development. Candidates with mature channel resources and successful expansion cases are preferred.

Have excellent team management capabilities; be able to independently lead a channel team of 2–30 people to carry out work, and be equipped with abilities in team goal decomposition, staff motivation, and performance review.

Be equipped with strong channel development and expansion capabilities, and be able to independently complete the whole process of channel market research, dealer screening, cooperation negotiation, and contract signing.

Be proficient in dealer relationship maintenance and empowerment; be able to formulate targeted channel support policies, help dealers solve operational problems, and improve the overall profitability of the channel.

Have keen market insight; be able to timely capture industry trends and competitor dynamics, and adjust channel layout and expansion strategies in accordance with the company’s strategy.

Have good communication and coordination skills as well as business negotiation skills, and can efficiently connect with dealers at all levels to establish long-term and stable cooperative relations.

Highly recognize the company’s corporate culture, strictly obey the company’s unified planning and work arrangements, have strong execution capabilities, and can promote the effective implementation of various channel strategies.

Candidates with channel experience in the solar energy products, small household appliances, or security monitoring equipment industry will be given priority in employment.
