CCTV Technician

Job Title CCTV Technician 

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician to join our team and help us maintain top-tier security infrastructure across our facilities. 

Responsibilities 

Design, install, and maintain advanced CCTV systems tailored to client needs 
Integrate surveillance solutions with broader managed services platforms 
Provide remote and on-site support for enterprise clients 
Conduct diagnostics, upgrades, and performance optimization 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end security solutions. 
Experience with access control systems including installation and maintenance 
Familiarity with biometric and RFID technologies 
Ability to integrate access control systems with CCTV infrastructure 
Troubleshooting and support of access control hardware and software 
Understanding of security protocols and access management policies 

Candidate Requirements 

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field 
Minimum 3 years’ experience in CCTV installation and support 
Strong understanding of IP-based camera systems, NVRs, and cloud-managed platforms 
Experience with managed services environments and SLA-driven support 
Ability to interpret technical drawings and system architecture 
 Relevant certifications in electronics, networking, or security systems preferred
