We are a well-established car hire and rental company dedicated to providing reliable, affordable, and customer-friendly vehicle rental services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Car Hire Agent to join our team and support our operations.
– Greet and assist customers with car hire inquiries, bookings, and returns.
– Process rental agreements, payments, and documentation accurately.
– Inspect vehicles before and after rentals, noting any damages or issues.
– Provide information on rental policies, insurance, and additional services.
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
– Maintain records of rentals, reservations, and vehicle availability.
