Job description
Registration of Suppliers for Goods and Services
– For the Period 2025-2027
NIRAS Zambia a Consulting Firm , is inviting applications from reputable Companies, Individual Suppliers and Service providers to register as suppliers in different categories as shown below for 2025-2027
Existing Suppliers for Goods and Services listed below who wish to be retained must re-apply.
Lot 1. Consultancy services
Graphic Design,Team building facilitators ,Media Communication, Project Content Creation and Photography/video editing, Legal Servcises , Secretarial Services, Immigration services, Insurance services, Clearing and Forwarding services , Freight & Shipment services , Courier services
Lot 2a. Designing and Printing services
Supply of corporate visibility materials, various documents, branding of T/Shirts & shirt, Business Cards.
Lot 2b. Office Stationery services
Supply of assorted stationery, Printers/binders and Tonners
Lot 3. Food Supplies
Catering and Confectionery
Lot 4. General Supplies
Supply of Non-Food Items (NFIs),office Furniture, Electronic devices and Appliances and Machinery/ Servicing,Fire equipment and servicing.
Lot 5. Hospitality services
Accommodation, Conference package
Lot 6. Travel services
Car Hire, Flights, Taxi, Tours
Lot 7. Motor Vehicle suppliers
Field 4x4s , SUV , Bikes, Bicycles
Applicants should send their company profiles clearly stating the physical address, telephone lines, valid e-mail address, recent bank statements (3 months), ZRA registration, valid tax clearance certificate, certificates of registration/ incorporation, proof of past & current trade references and all relevant statutory documents for the business.
NIRAS Zambia reserves the right to visit your offices as part of the prequalification verification process.
