Background
Stewards Globe Limited, trading as Afriseed, is implementing the Market and Seeds Access Project (MASAP) to enhance food security, nutrition, and climate resilience for smallholder farmers in Zambia. Afriseed is a leading seed company committed to inclusive agricultural development, providing improved seed varieties and tailored farmer support services. To address critical post-harvest losses undermining smallholder productivity, Afriseed invites proposals from qualified consultants or firms to design and deliver a Training of Trainers (ToT) program on Post-Harvest Management (PHM) for sorghum and pearl millet. The training will equip farmers with practical techniques to reduce losses, improve grain quality, and enhance market linkages.
