Call Centre Agent
Stellar Systems is looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join its team in Lusaka.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer WhatsApp enquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Escalate customer issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate as a minimum.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Friendly and professional communication skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude.
- Good computer and smartphone skills.
