Job Purpose

As a Call Centre Agent, your role will be to:

Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Resolve issues quickly while ensuring a positive experience
Promote products and services that meet customer needs
Meet performance goals and support customer retention

We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, clarity, and care to every conversation. You should have:

A Grade 12 certificate (minimum requirement)
The ability to speak Chewa (a strong advantage)
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
A clear and confident way of explaining product and service benefits
A persuasive and engaging approach with customers
Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions
