Job Description

Codirect Fulfillment Centre Zambia is looking for motivated and results-driven Call Centre Agents to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for contacting customers, confirming orders, scheduling deliveries, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
• Honest, reliable, and a team player.
