Job description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Butler/Server to join our hospitality team. The right person will enjoy serving guests, making them feel welcome, and always providing excellent service.
Main Duties:
Set up and serve meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) according to lodge standards.
Understand what is included or excluded in each guest’s package.
Record and process bar sales correctly.
Serve wine, cocktails, tea, and coffee professionally.
Keep guest room mini-bars stocked and neat.
Take guest orders and work closely with the kitchen team.
Plan and prepare for private dinners and special guest experiences.
Always keep a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
Anticipate guest needs and provide service with care and respect.
Skills and Qualities:
Good communication and people skills.
Knowledge of dining and bar service.
Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
Friendly, polite, and professional at all times.
