Job Description

To provide expertise, advice and support to Functional Executives in articulating and coordinating the delivery of the business and risk strategy, project management of various strategic activities and supporting the delivery of key objectivesContribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness, and report on variances Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation Focus on tactical service plans to deliver and continuously provide a consistent, seamless and positive customer experience Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes Facilitate strategic engagements to critically analyse and enhance proposed operational risk and business strategies and implementation plans to deliver on business objectives Manage relevant strategic implementations against project plans to ensure delivery targets are met and provide operational and technical support to management of function
