Job Title: Business Development Manager – Lubricants, Aviation & Bitumen

Mount Meru Petroleum Zambia seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in lubricants, aviation fuel, and bitumen sales, based in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in lubricants, aviation fuel, and bitumensales.Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring timely supply and delivery of products.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across all three product lines.
Manage supply chain logistics, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or a similar field MBA is an added advantage.
Strong business sales and business development skills, with a proven record in sales of lubricants, aviation fuel, and bitumen.
Knowledge across lubricants, aviation fuel, and bitumen sectors, with a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activity.
Experience in managing supply and delivery of products, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
