♻️ We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – E-Waste | Lusaka

Are you confident in the field, comfortable speaking to decision-makers, and driven by results?

We are a growing company specializing in the buying of electronic waste (e-waste) and we’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to expand our supplier network across Zambia.

🔍 Role Overview

This is a 90% field-based B2B role. You’ll be on the ground — meeting companies, negotiating deals, and building long-term partnerships with businesses generating e-waste.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new B2B e-waste suppliers across Zambia
  • Engage confidently with all levels of company management (from operations to executives)
  • Negotiate purchase terms and close profitable deals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
  • Represent the company professionally in the market

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Confidence interacting with senior management
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Zambia

💰 Compensation

  • Base Salary: ZMW 8,000
  • Bonuses: Uncapped performance-based bonuses for successful deals
