Are you confident in the field, comfortable speaking to decision-makers, and driven by results?
We are a growing company specializing in the buying and exporting of electronic waste (e-waste) and we’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to expand our supplier network across Zambia.
🔍 Role Overview
This is a 90% field-based B2B role. You’ll be on the ground — meeting companies, negotiating deals, and building long-term partnerships with businesses generating e-waste.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new B2B e-waste suppliers across Zambia
Engage confidently with all levels of company management (from operations to executives)
Negotiate purchase terms and close profitable deals
Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
Represent the company professionally in the market
✅ What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently in the field
Confidence interacting with senior management
Willingness to travel extensively within Zambia
💰 Compensation
Base Salary: ZMW 8,000
Bonuses: Uncapped performance-based bonuses for successful deals
