OVERALL PURPOSE
Responsible for identifying new channel opportunities, improving channel partner performance, and ensuring alignment with Zamtel’s strategic commercial goals.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
Professional Registration: Non
Minimum Experience: 3–5 years of experience in channel development, distribution, or field sales, preferably in the telecommunications or FMCG sector
Key Skills: Strong understanding of retail operations, channel ecosystems, and go-to-market models.
