Our client in the Agricultural sector is seeking a committed and responsible Bus Driver to join their Administration Department. This role involves transporting staff, guests, and other stakeholders safely and efficiently to various locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, a commitment to safety, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport staff and guests as needed, ensuring prompt and safe arrival at destination.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Maintain accurate logs of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies when operating the vehicle.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as necessary.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and needs.
Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately to the management.
Ensure the bus is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Participate in training programs as required to stay updated on safety and operational standards.
Punctually follow the designated route and schedule for staff pick-ups.
Safely operate the bus in all traffic and weather conditions.
Maintain order, safety, and proper conduct among passengers.
Perform post-trip checks and report any mechanical issues or incidents.
Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a bus driver or driving larger vehicles is preferred.
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle unexpected situations and make quick decisions.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
