1. JOB DESCRIPTION – BRICKLAYER

Job Title: Bricklayer

Department: Construction

Reports To: Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lay bricks, blocks, and stones according to construction plans.
• Build and repair walls, foundations, and other structures.
• Measure and cut materials to required sizes.
• Mix and apply mortar and cement.
• Ensure alignment and level of structures.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follow safety regulations and site instructions.
• Work with other construction team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bricklaying.
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques.

• Physically fit and able to work on site.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION – CARPENTER

• Read and interpret construction drawings.
• Operate carpentry tools and machinery safely.
• Ensure work meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

• Experience in carpentry work.
• Knowledge of carpentry tools and materials.
• Ability to read and follow plans.
• Attention to detail and good workmanship.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION – PLUMBER

Job Title: Plumber

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and repair water supply and drainage systems.
• Fit pipes, valves, taps, and sanitary fixtures.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks.
