Job Summary:

The Bricklayer is responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials following blueprints and specifications.
Mix and apply mortar, ensuring proper bonding between materials.

Job opportunities

Measure and cut bricks or blocks to fit specific layouts.
Repair and maintain existing masonry structures.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with other construction workers and site supervisors.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Qualification: Craft Certificate in Bricklaying or equivalent.
Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in bricklaying or masonry work.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
