•   Monitor and analyse competitors’ campaigns, promotions, partnerships, digital activities, traffic performance, and overall brand presence.

•   Identify relevant local websites, forums, communities, social platforms, and digital channels where MSport’s target audience is active.

•   Support the creation, development, and ongoing management of MSport-related forums and online communities.

•   Monitor local audience conversations, user feedback, brand mentions, and emerging trends, and provide useful insights to the Global Brand team.

•   Work closely with the Global Brand team, Design team, and Brand teams in other markets to coordinate local creative requirements, campaign materials, and market insights.

•   Prepare regular market, competitor, traffic, and community performance updates with clear observations and recommendations.

•   Support the localization and execution of brand campaigns and marketing activities in Zambia when required.

•   Identify potential local media, creators, vendors, communities, and partnership opportunities for future brand development.

•   Support future offline activations, outdoor advertising, partnerships, and local brand activities as the market develops.

•   Provide timely progress updates, respond to work-related communication within a reasonable timeframe, and proactively flag delays, risks, or support required.

Job Requirements

•   1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, community management, market research, or a related field.

•   Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related discipline is preferred.

•   Strong understanding of Zambia’s digital landscape, consumer culture, sports environment, and local market trends.

•   Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn information into clear insights and recommendations.

•   Familiarity with social media, online communities, forums, traffic analysis, Google Trends, Similarweb, SEO tools, or related analytics platforms is an advantage.

•   Strong communication, organisational, and follow-up skills.

•   Reliable and responsive, with the ability to work effectively with remote and international teams.

•   Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
