POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER x 1 (KASAMA DISTRICT)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving Sales
Relationship Management
Branch Operational Efficiency
Customer Service
Overseeing overall Branch day to day operations

Must possess good communication skills.
Must have good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Analytical skills and problem solving by focusing on analysis and trends.
Ability to manage resources efficiently
Responsibility for compliance with policies and procedures, ability to comply himself/herself as well as to enforce it in other staff members in order to achieve increased efficiency
Good leadership, communication, supervision, training/coaching skills,
Good understanding of the microfinance industry at the local level is an advantage

Qualification(s)

Must have a full Grade 12 certificate
Diploma or Degree in Accounts, Business Administration, Community Development, Agriculture, any other social or business-related courses.
Must have at least 1 year experience in sales and marketing. (With proven track record and clean employment record).
Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Microfinance required
Motorbike License (Class A) is an added advantage.
