About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Zambian Hydraulic Cylinder and Radiator division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, and proven experience in managing sales, operations, and customer service within the industrial or heavy equipment sector.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency in sales, repairs, and service delivery.
Drive business development by building relationships with new and existing clients.
Manage and grow a team of technicians, sales staff, and support personnel.
Ensure profitability by monitoring budgets, cost control, and revenue growth.
Maintain high standards of quality control, safety, and compliance.
Develop strategic plans to expand market share in the hydraulic cylinder sector.
Prepare performance reports and present to senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in branch or operations management (preferably in hydraulics, mining, or heavy equipment).
Strong technical understanding of hydraulic cylinders, components, and repair processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to drive sales targets and meet KPIs.
Qualification in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field (advantageous).
