To continue maintaining our standards, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Boilermaker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and standard procedure task inspections.
Perform maintenance, manufacturing, installation, repairs, and project work to craft standards, ensuring safety, reliability, and maximum uptime.
Meet daily work targets and project milestones, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Prioritize and monitor work activities, hold yourself accountable for results, and encourage others to meet targets.
Motivate yourself and team members to overcome challenges and meet goals.
Assist in planning and laying out work for new projects.
Ensure maximum plant availability and operational efficiency at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to minimize plant downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

Full Grade 12 certificate.
Craft Certificate Metal Fabrication
Membership with the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) is required.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
