Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable – five (05) Bicycle Delivery Riders to join our delivery family. As a bicycle rider, you will be responsible for delivering food items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food to customers using a bicycle within designated areas within 5KM radius.
Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain a high level of customer service during interactions.
Navigate effectively using maps or delivery apps.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Assist with using initiative and locate customers to ensure smooth delivery of food.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 Certificate, recent graduate or part-time student or someone honest/truthful with a passion to earn based on performance.
Strong biking skills and knowledge of local routes.
Ability to lift and carry food properly and securely without damages.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Must have an NRC and meet local bicycle safety requirements.
Can operate and use a smartphone comfortably.
