Position Overview
The Beauty Therapist will provide high-quality beauty and wellness treatments that align with Derma Renewal MedSpa’s standards. The role requires excellent customer service, knowledge of skincare, and the ability to deliver personalized treatments with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MedSpa treatments such as facials, massages, body scrubs, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and antioxidant-based therapies.
Assess clients’ skincare needs and recommend suitable treatments and products offered at Derma Renewal.
Provide detailed aftercare advice and educational skincare tips to support long-term results.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all treatment areas.
Ensure treatment protocols are followed consistently to maintain spa quality.
Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
Promote spa services, treatment packages, and retail products.
Stay updated with beauty trends, skincare techniques, and professional development through training and workshops.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics.
Previous spa or salon experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of skincare and wellness treatments.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about client care, beauty, and wellness.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
