Do you have a passion for crafting the perfect cup of coffee?
Zimworx is expanding and we’re looking for skilled and enthusiastic Baristas to join our dynamic team in Zambia!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile.
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Maintain a welcoming and efficient café environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee-making role.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Great communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, team-player attitude.
Must be based in Zambia.
