Job description
BAR-LADY/ BARMAN POSITION (1)
Duties: and responsibilities
Take customer orders in a friendly and timely manner
Mix drinks using a range of ingredients including alcohol, club soda, and garnishes as cocktails.
Check identification to verify customer is of legal age
Collect money and process orders using the POS system
Clean all bar surfaces to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
Come up with unique happy hour ideas
Take bar inventory and place reorder
Vast knowledge of Cocktail making and creativity.
Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience working in a similar field
Must have a certificate in Food and beverages services.
Must have at least a Grade 12 Certificate
