Job Description
To undertake the procurement of goods, services and works in order to meet Regional needs.
Responsibility:
Procurement    
Undertakes timely procurement of goods, services and works in order to meet Regional requirements.
Data Collection     Undertakes effectively the collection and collation of data in order to facilitate the development of the procurement plan.
Filing Undertakes effectively the filing of procurement documentation in order to facilitate easy storage and retrieval of information.
Data Capture     Undertakes timely the capturing of data in order to facilitate the maintenance of a regional procurement database.
Risk Management     Undertakes effectively the preparation and reviewing of the regional procurement risk register in order to ensure effective management of risk.
Reports     Undertakes effectively preparation of reports in order to facilitate accountability.
