JOB SUMMARY
The job holder will be responsible for timely and accurate maintenance of the DDACC database and ensure it is running smoothly. A database that enhances the efficiency of the DDACC collection platform through seamless flow of mandates status information throughout the DDACC unit.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Building and maintaining an accurate database of high-quality data and updated status of each DDACC mandate for end user’s information.
• Continuous client engagement for new mandates sign-up for invalid mandates eligible for corrective action and coordinating corrective action activities with other Business units.
• Timely consolidation of GUID references from respective banks, updating the database with valid GUID references, and bank rejected mandates.
• Handling of branches and other unit/departments DDACC queries, investigation, timely escalation and resolution.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Line Manager.
MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12 with 5 O Levels including Mathematics and English.
• Preferably an Accounting qualification, Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Statistics or any business-related field.
• Minimum of two -years’ work experience.
• Experience in performing reconciliations will be an added advantage.
